This office is the central hub for all questions concerning e-learning. The Covid-19 pandemic in particular emphasised how important well-organised e-learning facilities are. This importance will continue in the future and we are working on developing the best formats for learning platforms, hybrid and online teaching.

In addition, we work on developing our learning platform further, harmonising existing platforms and systems, developing interfaces to other systems and evaluation existing activities and new opportunities.

Our services

Didactic advice to lecturers

What options do exist to present teaching content in a multimedial and/or learner-supporting way? How can you support certain objectives and content by e-learning? We help answer these questions with solutions tailor-made to the format and content of your course.

Maintaining learning platforms regarding technology and content (training and support)

We provide user support, of course, but also specific support to lecturers and employees in information sessions and by creating instructions to enable an effective use of our learning platform. Technical support includes regular updates, further developments and enhanced functionalities.

Consulting, providing and training the use of different authoring tools

Once a decision has been made how to implement learning content, a production phase follows. We recommend the most suitable tools including authoring tools and instruct how to use them.

Managing projects of larger,  external multimedia productions

Where internal THGA facilities are not enough, the e-learning project will be implement by external production supervised by the coordination office for e-leerning.

Support on all questions concerning e-learning

Whether remote teaching via video-conferencing, live broadcasting or use of media: the team of our coordination office is happy to answer any questions you might have concerning the world of "electronic learning".
